		<description>my problem is a bit like the above I was ambushed by my boss after I made a mistake. 

He made it worse by humiliating me in public which made my anger worse

I dont want to be angry at him anymore really because i have been getting really bad stress

I want to do better and i think he wants to keep being nasty to me so im not going any where near no matter how nice he is  and he is but i know he doesant like me I will keep working on my self esteem and do my best to forgive myself for making the mistake and forgive him too</description>

		<description>The hardest part I find when I am trying to resolve a conflict or argument with my partner is letting her speak or discuss her reasons why about the topic we are arguing about and for me not to interject and interrupt her. :) We have been together for years but still have the odd conflict each year.</description>

		<description>My best advice would be to speak to someone about what is going on with your life. Counselling may help as it allows you to talk to someone who is not personally involved with the issue and may be able to offer you insight and perspective. Best wishes, Julia.</description>
